Advice 8800 gtx instead of my 8800 gts 320mb

hi guys im buying a new [COLOR=#000080][COLOR=#000080! important][COLOR=#000080! important]video [/COLOR][COLOR=#000080! important]card[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR] soon. i currently have a leadteak 8800 gts 320mb and im stuggling for decent fps in some new games lost planet direct x10 is a bit of a struggle and on medium settings i get 40 -45 and with a lot of action of the screen down to about 17 fps. will buying a new albatron gtx make a big improvement.

will i see i big improvement with the new albatron gtx

My first advice would be to type "Lost Planet benchmark" into Google or visit these two sites for GTS and GTX comparisons in DX9 and DX10.

From what I've looked at there is a decent performance increase from the 640GTS to the GTX so the difference from a 320MB version should be substantial.
