How can I use CSAA on my 8800GTX?

Hi everyone,

Just a fairly simple question for you all. How can I enable CSAA (Coverage-sample Anti aliasing) on my 8800? I've read oodles of stuff about it on the internet, and about how performance is great for that mode of AA. It says 8xCSAA or 16xCSAA performs at nearly the level of 4xAA. Actually, I read in a couple of places that 8xCSAA runs faster than even 4xaa.

I looked at the nVidia control panel help section, and under anti-alisaing topic it said that CSAA "is used" for 8xAA and 16xAA modes. So does that mean if I run any game at 8xAA, it automatically uses CSAA as the technique? No extra settings required? Because I don't see another option to run CSAA there.

-Thanks!

I think what you are looking for is under the Antialiasing Mode in the control panel. Go into Manage 3D Settings and under Antialiasing-Mode select "Enhance the Application Setting" and then select the Antialiasing Setting of your liking. Also make sure to set the AA to the level you want in-game.
