Alienware m9700 dual 7900GS SLI Vista

Hi,

lg

This is an english speaking forum, I've run your question through a translator program and it seems you're after an SLI driver for vista and the 7900GS in an Alienware m9700, but Alienware need to reprogram the standard driver for their particular hardware? There isn't one as yet, it will be a while until Alienware have one since Nvidia don't have one for the desktop 7900 cards yet. Your best bet is to try a standard Nvidia driver for vista (and modify the inf if you card isn't directly supported), you might at least get one of the GPUs working. Or else go back to XP and don't use vista until all your hardware is supported, XP is better for gaming at the moment anyway.

I am so sorry

Now i see this is an English Forum, but the answer of Shufflie is the answer for the Question i asked (in german)

Hmm i will see if it works when i mod the *.inf.

I heard that SLI isnt supported by Vista jet (NVidia) ? Somebody know something about that.

Im Really dissapointed in the Lack of Drivers such as NONE for the 32bit vista chip users.not everyone can go to 64bit all of a sudden.Nvidia has no excuse since Vista was 6yrs in the making for having no real drivers at the launch. When XP came out the transistion from win98 was really easy game + hardware + apps shame on Microsoft, Nvidia,ATI. etc.
