Problems With NVidia GeForce FX 5500 Video is off in Madden 2007

When i load the game, its a blank screen with a red Square in the Upper Right Corner of the screen. I have the most updated Drivers for my Video Card. The video is loading very slow, The EA Logo and if i were to do Superstar mode when it shows the video there it also does it. It just now started doing this to me after i formatted. I have ran the dxdiag utility and everything seems to be in good working order. ALL of my drivers are up to date with my Computer (Sound,Video,Mother Board ect.)

Hard Drive - Western Digital SATA 200gb 7200 RPMs

Video Card - NVidia GeForce FX 5500 256mb

Operating System - Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2

Mother Board - Gigabyte nForce Pro2

Processor - AMD Sempron 2200+ (1.5GHz)

RAM - 768MB Ram

I think thats all about it...
I have already ran Driver Cleaner, still the same problem.
