I think your motherboard must specifically support 2 7950 GX2 cards as the 7950 GX2 alone uses SLi, and using two of them would be quad SLi (what Dell uses).
you may want to check out the compatibility list of motherboards that will be able to properly function w/two 7950gx2 cards installed. If your board is not on that list, it may not work properly (i.e., buggy as all hell), or may not work at all.
