Hi Necrosis:
That Delta 1010LT is a really nice card, much better than the Creative Audigy 2 ZS.
I remember when you made a post in a thread I started when I used the Audigy in music production. I really appreciated you visiting the thread and commenting on the song! With this new card, music production should be a lot better. LOL I'm glad I was finally able to get a professional level audio card.
BTW, that's a kick butt graphics card you have man, and a lot of RAM! I reckoned that that graphics card was overkill for me, but I like my 8800 GTS, and I'm impressed with it's performance. I might not be the best equipped gamer, hardware wise, but with this new 8800 GTS, I can hang with the best of them.
Cya around, man.

WOW! I just got a 5000+ black edition x2 and clocked it right up to 3.15ghz (upgrade from my crying 3800 single core that was clocked 3.05ghz) AND OMG did my system love me for it! I now know my proc was a major bottle neck for the 8800gtx, without changing game settings at all, I saw a 35 FPS increase with just about every GAME! I could play all my games maxed up before, But now I have plenty of power to spare, I love this 8800! It keeps the power coming with every little upgrade I keep throwing at it!
Oh, and for those of us still pushing AM2, buy this proc NOW! tiger had it for 99 buck the other day! It is freaking the best upgrade you will ever imagine. 3.15ghz on air (arctic freezer 64, $20 from newegg) and I can still push it more! My memory is the only thing holding me back right now, But at 3.15 who cares?!

Hi there,
I have an 8800GTX as well and just tried an Omega driver. Here's a screenshot of the settings:

Very nice, except that it doesn't recognise my card and doesn't let me choose 16:10 resolutions like 1440x900. Great job. Going back to official drivers.

Welcome! ^^^ Get 2 1GB sticks of ram and run dual channel (If you arent already) 2gb and dual channel togather will help out Greatly! (not to mention if you can get those timings as tight as possible, get some quality ram) 939 systems are still great performers!
Post up some numbers!

it should be stickied and this thread should be unstickied to replace this one.
