switching from multi display to multi GPU causes windows reactivation! (7950GX2)

This is rediculous. I have had my new pc built for 3 days, with a brand new windows xp pro installation. I just went and switched from multi-display mode to mutli-gpu mode to play some oblivion, and when I restarted windows said I had changed my hardware too many times! So I had to call and reactivate it over the phone. This is crazy. Has anyone else gone through this. Is there any way to enable multi gpu without having to restart everytime.

I use my dual lcd setup for school, and have to use multi-gpu to play oblivion, fear, cod2 etc...

I dont really know what to do...

Any help?

Thanks

activation sucks, I'm glad I have the pre-activation(BS) version. I bet it dectected the change via
software like a magor hardware chage. This is why they need to remove activation if thier
going to do the WPA crap...

My reccomendadation for now? activate both ways and each time, back up the windows
activation file a swaitch between the two before you chage back n forth. Might work?

yea i dont really know what I should so. That seems like a lot of work to do everyday, especially since i like playing a game for a few minutes here and there. Right now I just have one of my monitors shut off, not using dual display. Nvidia needs to really fix this problem, or windows needs to get rid of this crap. This is becoming a major handicap for me on this card.
