NVIDIA Graphics Card questions, please help me!!

ok i have a fast comp, good ram but my video card is terrible, its intel family chipset intergrated with the motherboards and im a gamer.. not good! plus i only have a pci slot NOT express, im talkiing about 2 different types of PCI.. 2.0 and 2.1 i think.. and i opened my comp and i see which one would fit , the 2 prong, (if thats what you call it) card. and theres one with 3 prong.. would that one fit??

also im thinking of getting a card which one would be better since i dont have much of a choice for good gaming..

NVIDIA GeForce 5500 FX PCI or NVIDIA 6200 OC PCI 256MB (i dont know if this one would fit my pci board as i was saying the prong thing.. could someone help me..
which one would run games better.. im suprise my video card dosent run a game like "Brothers in Arms" but it runs "Tomb Raider Legend" so what the hell is going on lol could someone pleaseeeeeeeee help me?!?!?

Mike

GF6200 cards are much better than the FX5500s, just make sure you don't buy one with 64bit memory. 64bit memory means 40-50% worse performance.
