I think it should, but if you're looking for that type of cooler, look at the Zalman ones. This generic brand kind of seems... bleh.

that cooler looks like a rip off of the zalman ones. I'd stick w/ zalman if I were you. their coolers have been tested and are some of the best. currently the vf900 is the best gfx air cooler you can get. it even has heatpipes. I would have gotten one if I wasn't on water. as it is... I may get one anyway for my HTPC. should make it quieter and cool better
