6600gt temps?
i just installed my jaton 6600gt and i cant find the temps under the nView stuff...can anybody help or can i download something else to check out my temps

providing it does have a temperature sensor (which the 6600gt should have) it should show up in the nvidia control panel. If that doesn't work i usually use "Everest" to check the temperatures. But again, this is providing there is a sensor and it is being detected.
Once you get it working you should be hoping for 45-55C idle for that card. At least from what i remember. |

ok, i found my temps in rivatuner...but howcome it wont show in nview?

my 6600gt is 38 idle and low 50s under load, the fan is very noisy tho.

Mine runs at 55C idle god knows at what temp playing Oblivion or BF2 though.
It too is noisy as hell, Mack try updating your gfx card BIOS, my temp did not show until I did mine. |
