If you've followed the video card market for the past decade you know how budget video cards have changed drastically. What were once poor excuses for a video card have since become a viable option for gamers who don't have the cash to spend or simply don't need something so powerful in the graphics department. It was with little fanfare that ATI's Radeon X550 video card was released this summer, their newest budget card that takes over where the X300 left off and adds a number of new features.
