Sam & Max May Yet Return

Sam & Max to return on EuroGamer has a glimmer of hope for fans of Sam & Max, after the sequel to the pair's classic LucasArts adventure game was ignominiously cancelled (story). The article points to a recent interview at Gamesutra where Sam & Max creator Steve Purcell (currently at Pixar) points out the rights to the property have reverted to him, leaving the door open for the return of his dog and bunny show: "The license is back in my hands now so we'll see what happens in the near future."
