Wipeout Pure PSP update on May 18th

Noticed this little news on Gamespy, and I decided to post this as news rather than in the PSP hints and tips thread (cuz damnit.. it is news!):

"One of the coolest features of Sony's PSP is the Wi-Fi connectivity and the potential for downloadable content for games. Sony's Wipeout Pure is the first U.S. title to make this a reality as gamers will be able to discover come May 18th. The special WP PSP Wi-Fi site and PC site (www.wipeoutpure.com) will go live in North America, and gamers will be able to snag the Straten Part track, Tigron ship and Pirhana skin for the front-end menu. GameSpy chatted to Nino Ceraolo -- Communications Manager, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe -- to get the full scoop on what's cool about this new form of addition content for handheld console gaming."

You can read the full article HERE , plus the interview with Nino.
