Take ASUS' P5AD2 Premium, add to is 266FSB support and you have yourself the P5AD2-E Premium. It's got lots of features, is fanless (until you put an HSF on for the CPU) and has some overclocking potential. If you're looking for an LGA775 motherboard, this one may be for you.
ASUS' i925X-based P5AD2 Premium hooked up a glut of features to a solid base. It was a dependable board that made the most out of the comparatively underperforming LGA775 processors.
