A new year, a new review. HIS's (Hightech Information System) first appearance on BFR comes in the form of their new X700Pro IceQ Turbo VIVO 256MB PCI-E graphic card. The X700 Pro is our first PCI-E based graphics card and we are quite excited to try it out. This "Turbo" model is running a ramped up core clock speed of 460MHz, slightly higher than the "normal" clock speed of the X700 Pro which is 425MHz. The memory clock speed is also juiced up a bit, running at 960MHz- 100MHz faster than stock memory speeds. The reason for these overclocked speeds becomes quite apparent when looking at the image of the X700 Pro, more specifically the mammoth IceQ cooler. More about the cooler later, for now we take a gander at the full specs.
