nForce 4 Information

Just spotted this bit of Info over at ocworkbench.com

According to our sources, nForce4 will be officially announced on 20 Oct 2004. There will be 4 editions and they might be changes until the final specs are release.

nF4 SLI - supports SATA 2, 2 x PCI-E, 1G HTT, Socket 939
nF4 Ultra - supports SATA 2, 1 x PCI-E, 1G HTT, Socket 939
nF4 - supports SATA, AGP 8x, 1G HTT, Socket 939
nF4 scaled edition - supports SATA, 800MHz HTT, Socket 754

The nForce2, 3 250, and 4 chipsets are the only good things that nVidia has produced in the past few years. I can't want to get my hands on an nForce4 based mobo with a 939 socket.

I hope they already have some mobos in productionf for sale very shortly after anouncement, very, very very tired of paper launches.
