ATI's statement about Omega's DH ATI drivers
I just had a chat with Terry over in Kentucky, he is at the Million Man Lan event. And I was asking him about any concerns he may have about Omegas drivers. He wanted to get this out in the open.
Terry: " We are very pleased that gaming enthusiasts are interested in CATALYST and ATI product. We appreciate the efforts that Omega puts into providing alternatives to hardware enthusiasts. As such, Omega is one of the original members of the CATALYST beta testing program, and recently we have worked with him to help him provide Omega drivers on the same day as CATALYST's get posted. Although CATALYST is fully tested and fully supported by ATI, I dont feel that enthusiasts (that understand the risks involved) having an alternative to CATALYST is a bad thing. Thanks for the support to the ATI community Omega!"
Driverheaven is working very closely with ATI in making sure you guys get the best support and drivers on the net.

I've said it before, and I'm sure I'll say it again; but by the Gods and all I hold to be holy and true I seriously LOVE the new ATi and they way they are working with/working for their customers lately!!!!
Thanks again ATi, ( & Terry in particular ), for your never-ending ability to amaze me with your new commitment to quality and service.
(BTW-Terry? Could you frag a couple people for me? )

and ATi's support is so much better, they guys tried to help me so much more when I had a rage. with the trueform problem on CS and XP. they got it fixed for me jus a simple command. took 2 calls but they tried hard. and guys were really nice. MSI and Creative have horrible tecg agents. ATi always very nice and get the job done, MSI the tech support faggot didnt even say HI MSI TECH SUPPORT HOW MAY WE HELP YOU? what kinda monkeys u got working retards? and btw even MSI has signed to produce ATi cards in the future and if nvidia loses MSI pretty bad cause they only have ASUS and ABIT as the other premium makers really

Great news! I'm glad ATi sees Omega as a viable alternative for those that wish to go that route, rather than 'competition'.
I personally prefer Omegas' drivers & am glad he will continue to provide us (along w/DH! ) with them. Thanks to ATi for seeing what is best for consumers (choice), DH for working w/both parties in providing us & esp. to Omega for taking the time & effort involved to please so many of us!
3 CHEERS to all!

WTF???
Damnit!!
I have put up with all the lame tricks they pulled lately but this takes the cake!!!
I am what is known to most as an nvidiot but it looks like im not gonna be for long since i just got a great deal on a weekold used 9700 pro.
I mean going after guys that have actually made them look better with enhanced drivers all this time and the decide to tear them down ??
Who the hell is running things over there ??
Is the guy on drugs or what ?
@ Omega
Dude F.U.C.K em!!!
We know your value and are greatfull for the time you "wasted" on the drivers.

I have recently become a FanATIc again. Years ago I had a regular All IN Wonder and the damn this caught on fire in my comp. I took it out and sat it aside, not sure why I kept it tho. Then a few months later I finally decided to call ATI and see what could be done about it. I had the card 3 months when it started burning up. They RMA'd it (I was shocked about that) and I got a new one. I was astonished that ATI would replace the card over what had happened. I thought I was jus screwed out of the money I put on it. 3 months later the damn card did the same thing. I was a lil pissed about it and I threw it away. Well I went back to a Voodoo 1, then to a Banshee, TNT2, and then to a GeForce2MX (I really liked that card). Well I caught a good price on a Radeon 9000 Pro. Well I am hooked. I am very happy with the driver updates, and I am glad that ATI supports their community the way they do. That is a company I am proud to support.
Thank You ATI
