Hands On with the ASUS Eee PC 1000
A couple of weeks ago I got a package in the mail from ASUS. The package contained an ASUS Eee PC 1000, a petite laptop that costs a paltry $499. This particular ASUS Eee PC, unlike most other laptops, doesn't run Windows or Mac OS X. Instead it runs a modified version of Xandros Linux.
