When a major new graphics card hits the market, almost all the cards from all the vendors are nearly identical. In order to get to market faster, they all use the "reference design" from ATI or Nvidia, slap on some of their own stickers and add their own bundles in the box, and call it a day. If it's a hot product, you'll see more creative products about a month later: cards with different cooling solutions, board designs, and often boosted clock speeds.
