Accused of Tolerating Scammers, an ISP Goes Dark
The lifeline linking notorious service provider Intercage to the rest of the Internet has been severed.

Is it a coincidence that over the last couple days I've noticed that the amount of spam coming into my Gmail account, the one that gets spammed to death all the time, and don't care if it does as it's a "spamf**k catcher" account, has dropped almost 98%? Seriously, I've only had 3 spam messages on that account in the last couple days when I normally see 50+. Even on my primary email accounts I've hardly had any spam.

PC World - Business Center: Controversial ISP Intercage Now Back Online
Didn't take them long to get back, question is, will they clean up their act after a swift kick up the backside.
If they do not, then the new upstream provider, UnitedLayer, is likely to face similar Spamhaus sanctions.

Doh! is right. Spam just hit my Gmail account en masse. Although 1/2 of what it normally is it looks like these guys are back in business to some extent.
