FCC Slaps Comcast with Cease-and-Desist Order Over P2P Throttling
On Friday, the FCC voted 3-2 to declare that Comcast's throttling of BitTorrent P2P traffic last year was illegal. For Net neutrality backers, this is a major victory. The full FCC statement (.PDF) is available here, but some excerpts follow.
