AuthenTec, Inc., the leader in advanced biometric semiconductor technology, announced a few days ago that the Company's EntrePad(TM) AES3500 fingerprint sensor has been integrated into the new ClipDrive Bio(TM) portable USB storage device developed by Memory Experts International. The fingerprint sensor is featured directly on the portable USB memory device, enabling users to more securely store and transport up to 128-megabytes of sensitive data.

The ClipDrive Bio is a portable storage device that plugs into any PC or laptop USB port, is small enough to fit into any pocket and weighs less than 20 grams. The device is used to run applications and download data such as work, video, and MP3 files, allowing users to easily access information while on the go, through a PC or laptop USB port and a touch of a finger.
