Cool, thank you-
I'll be trying it out just as fast as I can download and install it!

*edit*- I've tried to download it 5 times- it keeps getting about 90% done and then the download stops- I guess the bad herddrive is affecting your downloads too- Maybe after it all gets straightened out-

If anyone wants to e-mail me a copy of either version (ATI one prefferably) of the rereleased screensaver PM me- The first release didn't work for me- Thanks.

Use the secondary d/l. Had probelms with the primary ( ATI version), went to the secondary, and d/l'd and installed it in ~ 2min. BTW, great screensaver. Have the ATI dogs and gargoyle clock but this is one of the best. Keep up the good work.

Edit: Just ran it a couple of times and it IS the best.

can we have an option for Vsync on as with it off there are some pretty bad blocks in the water. I usually don't have vsynce on and without it this is what the reflections look like on my 9700Pro

But when it is working this is an awsome screensaver, Thanks guys

You can turn V-sync on in the driver control panel- but that looks like you're running it in 16bit color- I ran it w/ V-sync on and off and never saw anything like that. Check to make sure it isn't in 16b color mode in the settings for the SS. It's easy to leave it on 16b- I did that once- they are right next to each other in the dropdwn box and if you aren't careful it will be in 16b color.

thats with the hue option on, its meant to look like that. turn it off. also make sure you are running it in 32bit. "Low Quality Reflections" also takes a load from the GPU but will cause lower image quality on the water.

I would really appreciate if you guys who liked the music in the saver could drop this guy a nice email from http://artists.mp3s.com/artist_email/13/spaeth.html here, its a beautiful piece of music he allowed us to use and id like him to get some positive feedback about it.

install troubles

I have an Athlon 1700xp processor with a Radeon 8500/64 meg video card. When I try to install (run the .exe file) I get a black screen and a quick flash that reads..."program to big for memory"...and then reverts back to the desktop. Any ideas?.... thanks for any help

Glad for the update. The old version used to always crash on my Radeon 9000 when the POV started moving just after you first see the DH logo on the round thingy above the water. Fixed now. Thanks for the great saver. AREA_51

im not quite sure I understand necrosis. are you saying when you have ultramonitor 2 installed you cant get the saver to run?

I dont have any problems at all, im running the newest version from realtimesoft, and the saver runs whether ive one or two monitors enabled. Of course if you mean, you want it running on 2 monitors, that isnt possible. the saver was never designed to run on both monitors. only certain screensavers are.

I'm only trying to get it to run on 1 monitor. What happens is I have it setup so the when it comes on UM is to shut off the 2nd monitor which it does. However, it only shows the preview frame. It is not the SS itself infact I've had this problem with all 3D enabled SS's. I'm runing UM 2.1, and just was curious how you set your's up to work.

It works here and I just set it up in the ultramonitor panel/options/disable secondary monitors. I hadnt actually tried it until you mentioned, but I see no problems here.

are you running 2 CRTs or a combination of CRT and TFT/LCD?
