It's obviously not as sleek and cool as Iron Man, or even the powered suits worn in Starship Troopers (the animated series or the book, not the movie), but it's getting there. Sarcos, a Utah-based company, has been working for years on real-life exoskeletons for the military. Recently purchased by Raytheon, Sarcos' exoskeletons are starting to get impressively realistic, though definitely still not a threat to Iron Man.
