ASUS PEG link

Hi All

I have ben mucking about with my new Asus A8N-E. There is a setting called the PEG link. What does this do? Is it like the ATI/NV Speedup that was on my MSI NEO2 Platinum?

The PEG link is supposedly increasing the speed that the chipset communicates with the PCI-E slot, increasing video performance, if I recall well.

The PEG link overclocks your graphics card on its own, so you should set it to slow or disabled.

Check this out, it will give you more understanding. The BIOS guide at ARP is great, you should really give it a read if you are new to BIOS customisation.
