Need a tech wizard to help me optimize my Asus A8R-MVP Bios

I am getting really low bench scores with my new Asus A8R-MVP motherboard with my new X1900XT video card. In fact my scores are below my old Asus A8V Deluxe + X800XT combo!

I am 99.9% sure it's due to motherboard setting as I'm utilizing most of the default settings (obvious changes are the boot, hard drives, disabled onboard sound, basic stuff like that).

I have an AMD 64 FX-53, 2 Gig of low latency RAM, and a Creative Labs X-FI Xtrememusic sound card. As I mentioned I have an X1900XT and it is in the blue PCIe slot, with the Crossfire switch card in the black slot. I have 2 SATA drives and one eIDE drive. All 3 drives are 7200 rpm and very fast (eIDE drive is for backup). I have the RAM chips in the blue ram slots and the motherboard confirms they're running in dual channel mode.

Thanks for the help!
