Will This Be a Problem?

Hi everyone, I wasnt sure what topic this should go under, so I put it here.
Anyway, i have a Thermaltake HSF on the way from newegg, should be here tomorrow. My question is, it has a 3-pin mobo connector, but my Intel HSF I am using now is a 4-pin mobo connector. My mobo is an ASUS P5GD1, and it has two fan ports: One says CPU_FAN, it has a ground, CPU fan power, CPU fan in, and CPU fan PWM (dunno what that means) pins. The other says: PWR_FAN and has ground, +12V, and rotation pins. It seems like the HSF should be on the first one, but it is only 3...What should I do? Does it need an adapter?

Thanks for the help,
Derek

H3X4D3C1M4L will become famous soon enough
System Specs

As long as you disable the fan warning, it should come with a 3 pin to 4 pin ATX connector so you can plug it right into the PSU, most of them do. I have about 100 of these adapters lying about
