ASUS vs. DFI

I am obviously a big time ATi fan and I really want my next system to be based on the Xfire boards, but I really don't know enough about mobo's to pick one of these boards hands down.

Which do you guys like best and why?

The DFI boards are supposedly been killing highly overclocked CPUs, it also uses the poor excess of the ATI chipset, which has horrible USB bandwidth. I also believe it doesn't support SATA2.

Personally I'd take the Asus A8R-MVP as it uses the ULi chip instead of the SB480.

System Specs

I love my DFI board, and have found the DFI forums to be of great help, but I'm running an nforce4 chipset, haven't tried anything with crossfire yet...

Are you talking about the N-bridge? What is the difference between the two?

I like Asus. I currently have an A8V-Deluxe that works great for me. I just wanted to know the major differences between the DFi Xfire board and the Asus. Not having SATA2 is an issue, but I don't typically OC my CPU too much anyway so that doesn't bother.

Thanks for the help guys.
