System Specs

The Sapphire is a CrossFire board while the MSI is a regular PCIe board capable of neither CF or SLi. If you are in the market for a CF board the Asus that Neon mentions is probably your best grab. The MSI is good if you plan to use just one gfx card.

not really my reason for looking at these mobo
first looking at pci-e
second/looking for 5 pci slot in new mobo
tne sapphire has 5 and msi has 4,need at least 4,5 being better

It's gone retail here finally!! ( ATX Radeon Xpress)
I've been looking forward to this since Nov.`04 when I read previews about it. Got an rev E A64 I bought in May that hasn't seen juice yet. It's old news now.
Thing is, I'm disillusioned by the problems I read about with the power regulation. I don't care about the usb performance not ranking at the absolute top level, but he// , my patience has reached incredible new levels.
I can wait for a few beta testers to report back to the forums about this one.

It should be out soon since the flagship board that I mentioned is out in the states finally. But you know how ATI products fare with getting to the shelves.
I thought you might be interested in that news `cause it has the better southbridge with Azalia. You must have a nice soundcard or something to want more slots.
If I spot that one I'll give you a shout here.
I might as well just wait and see about the 580/650 setup. It supposedly wasn't dogged by the delays that hit the 480 chipset. If that's true it will only be until around the time of the superbowl before it comes out.

looks like they are in canada too. I am very dissapointed Sapphire didn't use the ULi southbridge, as the ATI's USB is horribleon the SB450. They also are selling the Sapphire LG775 PC-I7RD400 board here in canada already, and i can't even find it on newegg. I want to know if it is nice and purdy like the S939 one, and if they put the intergrated graphics on it. Can't find reviews anywhere.
