??? Advice anyone?

Hi Guys,

I bought myself a Sapphire X800 pro a few months ago, & it has not really been performing as you would expect. But i know its because of my crappy motherboard & ram, so i'm going to buy 1gb of ram & a new motherboard, so could you guys please recommend the best performing boards that i could use on my PC? Oh, & its an Amd Athlon Xp 3000 I'm using. Thanks in advance guys.

My recommendations: The Leadtek nForce2 Ultra 400 Deluxe Limited. You can check it out HERE. It's not cheap though. Last time I saw it was $125 US. Or, you can go for the K7NCR18D Pro II which is essentially the same board, but without the 'extras', and last time I saw that was around $100 US. Why these boards? Simple: both these boards have SATA support, and the Deluxe includes onboard firewire support. Whether you can still get either of these 2 boards though is the question. If you can find one though.. especially the deluxe.. buy it.
