gateway's intel d845grg bios update

Sorry for the vague topic.
I am having the hardest time finding BIOS updates for my motherboard. A friend got a gateway and gave me his motherboard and processor (he got a new one). It is a OEM from gateway. I figured out the model (D845GRG) and know where to get the intel BIOS drivers, but of course those don't work. I cannot find those drivers from gateway, and cannot contact them since I don't have a customer ID or anything.

The reason I wanted to update my BIOS is one of the last omegadrivers for my ATI Radeon 9600 SE. It ran really sloppy, and the readme says to update the AGP drivers for my motherboard (which of course I cannot find, either!), so now I am stuck.

If anyone can help me, I would very much appreciate it!! I will never ever buy a OEM motherboard in my life, but this one was free, so I can't really complain.
