New Setup + HL "Project" PC

So my new parts are coming in this week, check out my setup so far and let me know if you have any incompatibilities, suggestions, ideas or whatever. I'm also wondering what type of RAM would work well on my new motherboard and isin't too costy. I was thinking Corsair Twin-X Value? I know nothing about RAM so..

The Shark
(AKA, the thing my girlfriend hates because I spend more time with it than with her)

- Case: Thermaltake Shark Full Tower (Black w/ Blue)
- Case Fans: 12mm Aluminum x3 or x4; fan on top for exhaust later and several other sweet mods.
- Power: 500w Ultra X-Connect (Blue?)
- Motherboard: ASUS P4-P800E Deluxe (Intel 865P Chip)
- Processor: Intel P4E 3.0Ghz (Will be OC-ed when AS-5 has set)
- Processor Cooling: Zalman CNPS-7000 w/ Artic Silver 5
- Video: Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro
- Video Cooling: Vanteq Iceberq 4 w/ Artic Silver 5
- Hard-Drive: 1 x 40gb Western Digital
- RAM: 2x256mb Crucial (Dual-Channel @ 400mhz)
Need suggestions for the RAM.. looking for some cheap, solid Dual-channel RAM and I need a gig of it.

Half-Life Project
(AKA, the PC my girlfriend will use when she comes to my place so I can frag her good lookin' azz. Gonna build this project this summer with my spare parts lying around.)

- Case: Not sure, got a few lying around. Probably Antec Solution.
- Case Fans: Several Orange/Yellow colored 12mms
- Power: Antec 350w Pure Power
- Motherboard: ASUS P4-R800 VM
- Processor: Intel 2.4Ghz Celeron D
- Processor Cooling: Will a stock P4 Heatsink work? Artic Silver 5
- Video: Sapphire Radeon 9600XT 256mb
- Video Cooling: Dunno yet. Maybe ATI Silencer.
- Hard Drive: Most likely my old 40Gb one.
- RAM: Most likely the two 256mb sticks from the above PC.

System Specs

looks good but would would of sprung the extra $20-$30 for a 9800 pro insted of the 9600XT and @ lest a 400W power supply.
