Asus P4sd-vl

Dear DriverHeaven Members, I have a ASUS P4SD-VL Motherboard with a BIOS conflict, the CMOS on the board needs to be reinstalled or updated, i'am not quit sure which would do the trick. I have searched for weeks for any sort of driver, utility or program and ASUS and ASUSTek doesn't support their product which is fustrating. ASUS's websites acknowledge the motherboard though they don't offer any drivers or utilities. The motherboards function smoothly but is a pain operating. The reason for updating the bios is that every time my computer shuts down and restarts my screen will display "CMOS ERROR" PRESS F2 to enter BIOS, "ABNORMAL CHASIS FAN", "CMOS WRONG SETTING". That message makes no sense, being that the chasis, chasis fan and cpu fan came together, the computer is a Sony Vaio RS520. To by pass this message the motherboard has to be cleared every time the pc reboots, meaning taking the lithium battery in and out of it's socket. If the bios isn't reset the p.c. won't boot. By doing this every time i boot into windows the clock is out of sync making my o/s and apps in conflict with each other. So if anyone knows of any drivers for this problem a would really appreciate any suggesstion.

Man, I can't find anything about that board! Have you tried replacing the battery?
