I'm looking out for this one for my next upgrade to S939. Im thinking I'll keep my old system intact though.. I'm sick of giving them up.

yeah but even if "hyper memory" is so great, its still going to be a slow as sin graphics card.

seriously I mean if you're getting an A64, its for gaming...so why integrated graphics? You'd be better off getting the nforce2 with the geforce4 integrated. :P

not that slow acually and far better then any current intergrated soultion for desktops.

Alot of people can't afford to upgrade all at once.... easpecally after forking out a fortune for AMD 64 system...

Other than its decent performance level it can be a real lifesaver today when the migration to PCIe is being forced upon most system upgraders. Having to buy at the very a new CPU, motherboard, maybe also some RAM and then a mid-range PCIe graphics card is quite a step. Especially as the graphics card can easily be the most costly part in the equation. And the listed price of the MSI RS480M2-IL is a hint towards that these motherboards probably won't be significantly more expensive than any others.

The MSI board is now out on the market, so they made January after all. It's still the only ATi Xpress board I can find listed at swedish online retailers, but at least now there is one. Though I've yet to read a review it seems good enough to build a budgetline Socket 939 system around.

Lakevren is on a distinguished road

ATI xpress 200s already available in www.monarchcomputer.com , the MSI ones.
MSI RS480M2-IL

K8T890s and nforce4s too.

Grab some while you still can.

I wish I had more money... then I'd get a 3500+ 90nm with it too.
