REALLY messed up voltages from the PSU

Okay so my 3.3v line has always been alittle flakey. it can sometimes dip down to 3.1v which is really bad. but lately ive turned on the computer and like it'll just shut down a few seconds after POST. or get half way through loading windows and it'll die. If i let the PSU warm up for about 5 minutes and then get it loading windows, its fine. (I'll open the BIOS screen and come back later and let it load windows). This is REALLY making me mad...so I let ASUS probe do a recording.

so from 7pm it is really eratic. It goes up and down sharply on ALL rails except the vCore which stays PREEETTTTTYYYY much level(maybe a slight raise here and there but its very sporatic and VERY small). Anyway it does this until EXACTLY 9:30 when all rails level off. Nothing is wrong. its fine...the 3.3v rail is lower than I want it to be but its not going eratic. I dont get it. What the heck is going on?!

maybe your PSU is going out? Or you have blown caps on your MoBo? What kind of PSU do you have? If you have some el cheapo PSU in your rig, check that ish out first. Might be the cause of your problems.
