ASUS SP97-V + Canon BJC 4000 = No printer?
Grr... driving me nutz...
Bios setting for the LPT port have been changed around to see if that would do it...
set back to default..
went into device manager and it says the device is working fine..
even set it to LACACY PLUG AND PLAY as well as "Try not to use an Inturupt" (so now it has it's own IRQ)
changed printer cables both inside the computer and outside....
Short of crying, my only other option is to attempt to try out another printer .... if it works... well... looks like the printer is HOOTCHed..
any suggestions?

Mine still works, kinda (pulls multiple sheets on occasion - really need to clean the rollers and separation pad), can't beat those cheap cartridges!
