PSU advice??

Need a new PSU
I narrowed it down to 3
Antec NeoPower 480w
Antec Truepower 480
Cooler Master ATX450 (the one with the front voltmeter)
Coolermaster looks nice, has good reviews aswell, and is 29 euros cheeper vs the antec's.
anyone knows a reason why I should not buy it?
Antec's both have the same price, anyone knows why I should prefer one over the other?

System Specs

I have the TruePower 480 and it is absolutely excellent. I have an Athlon64, AIW9700Pro, 3 hard drives, 2 optical drives, 2 sound cards, and 2 case fans installed. I tested the voltage rails with a digital voltmeter, the +5 is at 5.08v, the +12 at 12.06-12.07v. I tested while running PCMark04, 3DMark05, and the MOH:Pacific Assault demo, the voltages stayed exactly where they were. I have all that hardware being powered by this PSU and I can still overclock the 9700Pro stable to at least 390/350 while benchmarking.
(ok enough Antec ass-kissing )

I don't know anything about the CoolerMaster, actually didn't know they made power supplies.
If you go Antec, the NeoPower has a few extra features, if you could use them, might as well get that if both Antecs cost the same. You can connect only as many wires to the power supply that you need, to have less clutter. And it has PCI-E power connector, and a bigger 2nd fan (120mm) so it's probably quieter. Possibly newer/better internal circuitry also.

Let's see if anyone has anything to say about the CoolerMaster.

System Specs

I have an Antec True Control 550 and it's freaking sweet. hint- use a multimeter to adjust rails *the chips onboard are way off*

My current 350W PSU is a CoolerMaster...It has been nothing but faithful to me, though I have never tested the voltages or rails or anything. It runs everything in my system without a hitch.

Jup that being the reason I asked,
If the NEO has more features and better circuitry for the same price as a TruePower, then whats wrong with it??

Yeah I couldn't agree more BWX, I've an FX55, A8V Deluxe using onboard sound and a soundcard. ATI 9800XT, 2 Raptors in raid, 2 Storage HDD's 3 optical drives, 3 80mm case fans, 2 120mm cooling fans for the watercooling radiator, a Tv add in card, 1 Gb (2x512) ram all on a Globalwin SAF520 PSU.

Checking the rails with my calibrated DMM shows all rails about 1 to 2% above nominal which is spot. Under extreme load the 12V rail may dip less than 1%. However the onboard chip reports the 12V rail at 11.3Volts more or less and the others nominal.

Moral Never trust on board monitoring, particularly the voltages.

Go for the truepower. Be sure to consider Sparkle as well, they are really cheap and nice.
