Today I've got my MSI K8N Neo2 Pl. and A64 3500+ on the mail. Very nice indeed.
But when I tried to get the metal plate of the motherboard, the one underneath the processor socket, I couldn't get the damn thing off!
And so I warmed it up with a hairdryer. Man...that mobo got really hot quick, hope I didn't break any components or anything. Anyway I got it off and could install the Zalman cooler.
The system is up n' running really well.
The thing I like with the K8N Neo2 is the boot meny after POST and that I don't need to use F6 when installing 2000/XP in order to use SATA. The system finds it without any external drivers. Very nice indeed. Bye Bye Floppy
