well you cannot decide.... I would go with KT800Pro and MSI.
I think their gaming performance is better then Abit nforce3.
why dont you just read some reviews.... thats how I would decide.
Both standarts are every good and all manufacturers are good too

Dude...I think I've read all the reviews there is I really like the Abit boards, since I've been using the long time myself now.
Although the MSI boards with the VIA chipset is what I'm thinking of. Very nice with a passive northbridge. Can I overclock with that board with a passive northbridge?

Its a simple decision; if you're not going to OC much then go VIA, it is slightly faster at some things at stock clocks. If however you want to OC and want to run very high htt and Vcore, and could use a firewall then look no further than the nForce3. Simple choice, no?

Well, 2.5GHz should easily be had with a nice board. But with the 10x multi you will need a nice mobo that can hit 250+ htt. This is where I simply would not gamble with the VIA.

Well, you will have to drop the mem in DDR333 mode but at 250htt it will be running at a little over 200MHz anyways so no worries there. And the cool thing with the A64s is that as long as the MHz for the memory are there it doesn't matter what divider you use

Well on the nForce2 there were something that you would get lower performance if runnin the memories in async with the FSB. Does that goes with the nForce3 as well??

Cool. Cus my memories can be quite overclocked. What numbers would it be then? The 3200+ socket 939 has a default clock of 2gHz. What would the FSB and HTT be set to and the divider, if I'm gonna get to i.e. 2.5Ghz??

For 2.5GHz on a 3200+ and an NF3 I would say like this;
250htt
htt@x4
Mem@166
Voltages you will have to find out on your own as it depends on the cpu. Also you will have to go up slowly, dont just boot up at 250htt. Once the htt and mem dividers are dropped all you have to worry about is the cpu

heh, I dont think you're understanding me. Sure, at 200htt your mem will be at 333MHz but at 240+ htt your mem will be back and over 200MHz.

The MSI Neo 2 Platinum is the best 939 board available at the moment.
