Asus P4C800-E & Zalman ZM80C-HP

I am planing on getting the Asus P4C800-E but i noticed it had a huge northchip cooler currently i have the Zalman ZM80C-HP cooler on my 9800 pro and it barley fits with my current northchip cooler. I was just wondering if any 1 els had this same combo and if they have had any problems instlling there card?
