??? Motherboard with quality onboard sound card
I need a motherboard for AMD 64 3200+. And I prefer a high quality onboard sound card. Because I replease my Audigy LS sound card with the motherboard.

Plz help me to find a decent motherboard which also have high quality builtin sound card.

Intel P4 D865GBF motherboard uses "SoundMAX 4 XL with AudioESP audio subsystem using the Analog Devices AD1985 codec" and
Intel P4 D915GAV uses "Intel® High Definition Audio subsystem using the Realtek ALC860 audio codec."--Which one is better?
