Help! Need info on...
DFI G586IPV Rev B. Motherboard (with Dimm slot)

I can't find a Cmos switch..... u pulled everything out clean it up.... resetup stuff... and it won't boot now...(i pulled alot of stuff and moved parts around...

HOLD IT... got it... looks like the Dimm slot either doesn't work.. or i have 2 bad sticks of ram... (or unsupported)... still wouldn't mind getting ahold of a manual though... (fwoo.. thought i had fried something)

unplug it and take out the CMOS battery and leave it out for at least 3 minutes.....should clear the CMOS

yep got it.. but still need manual... i'm kinda going nutz as this case doesn't realy hold the mobo to well... (me eyes other cases i have around)

matth... thanks.... lol.. actually found them just a little while ago.. but alot of them aren't really truely for my board.. it's like i have a rev b/c board.... parts of the manuals from the rev c are there.... but the reb is missing....damn... i think i'll sell the cpu and mobo... it's a Pentium-S 133mhz with a built as one cpu-heatsink setup... can't pull the sucker off..kinda bites...

??? Cleaning old Bios
I have a question, I need too clean out the old Bios from my board and flash it with new bios and was wondering if taking the battery out for 3 minutes would do that. I have a Gigabyte board and used there program 3 years ago too update my Bios and it flashed it with the wrong one and now I am trying too flash it with the right ones and it won't take them. Could someone plz help me with this problem?
