Intel's CPU Tejas
Just finished reading the March 2004 issue of Maxium PC, and they have a fine article on intels prescott and mention another soon to be announced CPU code named TEJAS. They say that the prescott should beable to clock scale up to 10ghz but that this new cpu Tejas will be the P5 and their hopes are that it will be the AMD64 killer though it will also not be a socket 478 and will make the 478 obsolete. Has anyone else heard of this supposed new CPU????
I guess 2004 will be a year in new computer technology what with PCI-X and R420and NV40 along with all the other mind boggling goodies. Woot Wooot!!!
