need help GA-7N400 Pro2 motherboard

When i turn my system on nothing happens no beeps nothing.My cd drive light goes on and i hear the hard drive and that's it and i can't get into the bios setup. Any help is appreciated.

athlon xp 2600
80 gig hd
480 ps
ati 9600 se

Make sure you have seated the heatsink correctly,not sure but if it has a dim switch by the agp slot(the regular pro400 did)switch it to auto...if its there already switch it back and forth to make sure its actually clicked into the auto position,check the 4prong 12v rail plug to make surte its plugged in....clear your cmos.
