new mobo/chipset drvers

Just got a new mobo.P4C800-E.What do I do in making sure im running the latest chipset drivers?And would there be any need to update the bios?
I guess i need to find out what chipset drivers i have.Whr=ere do i go to find this out.And if i have older than the newest do i uninstall the old before updating?

You don't have to un-install the old most times you can install right over the older driver's and it updates them automatically, If you aren't experiencing any problems with the system no real reason to update the bios:

Asus P4C800-E
Go through the pages on that link above to get all the current drivers/bios updates for that motherboard.
