exclamation 64bit problmes

i just went the road of the 64bit computing and now im having some problems i was hoping that some of you might be able to help.

i have:

chaintech znf3-150
amd athlon64 3000+
2 sticks of kingston 2700 256mb
radeon 9700 pro
sb audigy2

the problem that im having is that when i play counter-strike i get huge fps hits going from 100 fps down to 20 fps. i have tried everything that i can think of from reformatting reinstalling different drivers of nforce and catalyst i also tried to omega drivers but it still hasnt been fixed. i have also tried the minimal fixes like ati_subdiv 0
ati_npatch 0 in cs config file but it had no effect on it. i have tried placing my sound card in a different slot my memory in different slots. installing the drivers after using driver cleaner im up to date on dx and the updates for windows. If any of u know a possible solution plz plz plz let me know. thnx

try removing the audigy from your system entirely and let onboard sound take over

see if that fixes the issue
