having had to change this mobo twice i am starting to get allitle bit annoyed ,first board died after a week ,second was dead out of the box now this one i am using is working except i cannot get windows xp to accept my raid drivers(press F6to install).
now with the first board xp read the driver floppy fine and loaded drivers allowing the use of raid this time i get the choice to install drivers but i keep getting an unexpected error message ,i have tried a diefferent floppy drive different floppy disks and the latest driver from msi all to no avail.
i have now installed when on a normal ide channel and tried moving the disks back to the raid controller,the raid bios see's the 2+0 stripe but i get the message ntldr is missing and recovery console wont work because it will not see the raid array is there.
is there any way i can get this setup working by modifying the boot.ini or by copying the ntldr over the exisitng version.
i am at a loss here ,i have being trying for hours on end with no luck any help will stop me pulling out what little hair i have left.

fixed.went out and exchanged floppy drive and it works now,phew not having much luck with hardware at the minute
