BIG problem with my Epox-8KHA+

I was playing counter-strike when it happened this has happened b4. Then when I restart the power light goes out but the computer is on and the on board post says C1 but I checked the ram and it's fine and also it makes this really annoying beeping noise. Any help would be very grateful if no one can help I still have it under warranty so I'll just get a new one.

CPU: AMD Athlon 1Ghz 266mhz
RAM: Generic 256Mbx2

What kind or BIOS is it and what kind pateren of beeps? It's prolly the v-card though

Right now I'm useing a EVGA Geforce 4 Ti4400 128mb and my BIOS version is 8khi 2529 dated 29 May 2002 (5/29/2002) for the beeping there really isn't a pattern it will beep for say 5-6 seconds then wait 5-6 seconds and then back on and so on and so forth. Also for my vid card I was useing the omega 1.0.80 drivers.

well frist of all what type / makes amibios award i mean the manufacuter do you know how made the mobo one u figure that out go to there site and find out what the beeps mean. ( when go to the site like for POST or seach for it) you ahouls find out what the beepings all about and go from there
