Epox 8RDA3+ memory proplems....

Hi!
I am getting more grey hairs......uuuhhhh
I have AMD XP 3000+ Barton at 400Mhz and i have try to set Kingston HyperX KX3200...not working
then i change memory to Kingston KVR3200...still errors at Memtest 86....
What memory works with this Epox 8RDA3+ on 400Mhz??? uuuh help!!!

Have you checked your timings...you maybe have to loosen them a bit...if that doesn't work perhaps you should try Mushkin , OCZ or Corsair, they're all some good quality RAM that shhould work with the Epox mobo...
Oh...have you tried with a bios update...that could do the trick also..

Go first for a BIOS update and second, I'm honestly not sure that the 8RDA3+ is Nfroce2 Ultra, if it isn't you may have some problems running at 400 as it requires a voltage bump for the FSB, Not the RAM. Try 195 if that works my guess is you're gonna have to voltmod that sucker to get over 200. Oh yeah Merry Christmas!

The 8rda3+ is indeed an nForce II Ultra 400 board. I'd suggest a BIOS update as well, and maybe try a friend's RAM.

Yo m8´s!
Thx for help...i surf bit on net i found that Corsair TWINX has listed to fit Epox 8RDA3+...
and Kingston support only 266 and 333 FSB on this mobo......so i think i just return Kingston and go for it...btw i have latest Bios on mobo and also latest nForce drivers...its annoing that shops advertising here Kingston to be tested and fit to Nforce chipset...well...anyway thx to all for help and have a nice n happy new year
