network monitor?

Can anyone recommend a program that can monitor what executable is sending packets over the internet? My computer is sending packets every 10 seconds or so, even though I have disabled all internet access to all programs in zone alarm. I'd hate to think that my system already has some malware on it since it's less than 2 months old...

Try netlimiter 2 pro. It shows what every process is doing where is it sending and how much bandwidth is it using ..
